Prep Cook / Dishwasher – Brienzo's Pizza + Bar

Brienzo’s Pizza + Bar is hiring a Prep Cook / Dishwasher to support our kitchen operations and keep the engine running behind the scenes.

This role is critical to our success.
If the prep and dish station isn’t dialed in, nothing else works.

What You’ll Do:
  • Prep ingredients to spec (chopping, portioning, organizing).
  • Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized prep station.
  • Operate the dish station efficiently during service.
  • Keep all kitchen tools, dishes, and equipment clean and ready.
  • Support the kitchen team wherever needed.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
