About the Job

At Brienzo’s Pizza + Bar, we’re more than a pizzeria—we’re a hospitality-driven restaurant focused on quality food, elevated service, and a strong team culture. We’re looking for Line Cooks who take pride in their craft, work clean and organized, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen.

What You’ll Do:

Execute menu items consistently and to Brienzo’s standards.
Work stations including pizza, prep, and necessary tasks for a functional kitchen.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures.
Communicate clearly with the kitchen and FOH team.
Support a team-first environment—everyone helps everyone. We never say \"that's not my job\"!

What We’re Looking For:

Line cook or kitchen experience preferred (but we will train the right person).
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
Dependable, punctual, and accountable.
Willingness to learn multiple stations and grow with the team.
