Key Responsibilities:

Lead by example, embodying the values of Brienzo's Pizza + Bar and inspiring excellence in all team members.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including but not limited to staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
Monitor financial performance, analyze key metrics, and develop action plans to achieve financial targets and budgetary goals.
Uphold compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for both guests and staff.
Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other business partners to ensure seamless operations and procurement of high-quality ingredients and supplies.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
Strong business acumen, with a solid understanding of financial principles and restaurant profitability.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the needs of the business.
ServSafe certification and knowledge of food safety regulations is required.
Manager certification is preferred.
