Bartender – Brienzo's Pizza + Bar
Brienzo’s Pizza + Bar is looking for a high-energy, hospitality-driven Bartender to join our team.
This is not a “stand behind the bar and pour drinks” role.
We’re looking for someone who can own the bar, control the energy, and elevate the guest experience.

What You’ll Do:
- Execute cocktails, beer, and wine service with speed and consistency.
- Create an engaging, high-energy bar atmosphere.
- Interact with guests and drive repeat business through hospitality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle high-volume shifts while keeping standards high.

- Experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment.
- Strong personality and confidence behind the bar.
- Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.
